SANJEEWA UDUWANA
AKA “Sanj”, the head chef and owner of Cinnamon Grove Café and Catering.
Sanj is a unique chef with a creative and cultured flair and a master of fusing spice and bringing colour to a rich array of fresh seasonal produce.
He has worked at some of Melbourne’s most renowned restaurants and for many years as the head chef at one of Melbourne’s premium catering companies.
Sanj is passionate about life, food, family and friends. He believes that food is an international language and loves that his passion for food brings friends and family together to share a memorable experience.
